OUR “STORIA” – since 2009

The “STORIA” menu gathers some of the most iconic dishes of La Tana — our so-called “signature” dishes — those that have marked key milestones in our journey and to which we are most deeply attached.

This menu does not generally undergo major changes; however, in keeping with our philosophy, it may vary according to the availability of raw ingredients. When we find ingredients available only for a limited time, they are featured on the menu exclusively during that period.

“STORIA” is served in approximately two hours.

For same-day reservations, the “STORIA” menu may be served only without modifications.

OUR “TERRA” – Asiago and the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities

With the “TERRA” menu, we aim to introduce our territory — the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities — through niche products, often rare, frequently wild or sourced from our own gardens.

We highlight small local producers and strive to preserve traditions that risk being forgotten.

This is a menu we define more as a “product-driven” experience than one of elaboration. Not strictly seasonal, but evolving according to the rhythms of nature.

Veneto-only wine pairing: Euro 40 (4 glasses)

“TERRA” is served in approximately one hour and a half.

Due to preparation requirements, this menu cannot be served if booked on the same day. Reservation at least one day in advance is required.

“IN CAMMINO”

Our most intense and identitarian menu, entirely new each season, never published in advance and revealed only during service.

It consists of approximately twenty courses based on meats, fish, offal, mollusks, crustaceans, dairy products, cheeses, wild vegetables and garden produce — all pillars of our traditions.

It is not simply a sequence of dishes, but ingredients used as notes in a musical score, inseparably connected to one another.

Due to the very nature of this menu, it is impossible for us to completely eliminate entire categories such as dairy, meat or seafood.

The menu includes, in addition to the dishes, a sequence of beverages conceived as true “Liquid Dishes.” Not a pairing alongside the food, but its extension and completion — composed of the same ingredients in liquid form.

The beverages are non-alcoholic or minimally alcoholic, with a total alcohol content equivalent to approximately two glasses of wine throughout the meal.

For wine lovers, our wine list is always available, as well as the option to add a traditional wine pairing at Euro 100 per person.

The “Liquid Dishes” are served regardless of any additional wine pairing.

ALLERGIES

We strive to accommodate requests for modifications related to the most common intolerances and allergies.

However, should the requested modifications be too numerous or too complex, resulting in a significant loss of quality of the dishes and menus, we reserve the right not to accept the reservation.

Communication of any allergies or intolerances is mandatory at the time of booking. In the absence of prior notice, we will not be able to make any modifications requested during the meal.
